ISCS Technologies has developed this (i-HRMS) as a type of information system (IS) that is designed to manage an organization's computerized and automating (HR) processes. It is a combination of hardware and software resources that hosts and provides most, if not all, of a HR department's business logic.
The system is less dependent on the human interaction with the application. It automates a portion of recruitment process such as initial documentation, generation and assigning of joining credentials and onboarding process which helps the company to spend the time utilized for this process for some other purpose. It also makes the leave management a user-friendly process by automating and simplifying the process form accrual to approval as a time saving task. It is also useful to make task of the shift management and payroll management an accurate and automated process.
The performance of the system is independent of number of employees. The application provides the security to the confidential data of both employee and organization by providing the authentication in a layered format based on the authorization and utilization of data by the users.
